All entries received before October 22, 2008 will receive by mail or e-mail (if address is provided), a confirmation with race details. Entries received after October 22 will not receive confirmation.

Registration Cut-Off Dates
- Marathon entry will close October 22nd, 2008 for immigration & customs purposes.
- Half-Marathon: until Saturday October 25th, 2008
- 10km and 5km: until race day
Any registrations for the Marathon received after October 23rd will be returned to sender.
